Runneth is led by Founder and CEO, Kath Sloggett, who has over ten years’ experience as a Career Coach and Adviser for professionals and entrepreneurs.
Kath works closely with Gilly Cross (Business Development & Events) and a small team of trusted Career Coaches and Associates.
Kath Sloggett
Founder
Runneth was started by Kath Sloggett, an entrepreneur, career coach and start-up adviser, with over 10 years’ experience advising professionals and entrepreneurs. She is also a working mother, with two children aged 7 and 5.
Born and raised in Australia, Kath graduated with a Business degree and then qualified as Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving to London. Since then her own career has spanned senior management roles in blue chip and small companies, and start ups.
Prior to launching Runneth, Kath co-founded two businesses – a high-end personal matchmaking business and a parenting consultancy. She also runs a digital marketing agency. A common theme across her ventures is matching. Kath has successfully matched people to people (for dating), parents to parenting experts, clients to social media managers, and now she is busy matching people with their perfect work life through Runneth.

Gilly Cross
Business Development
Gilly has been supporting Kath at Runneth from the early stages. A mum-of-one, Gilly has a professional background in the sciences – initially in biomedical science working in medical diagnostic laboratories, and then in forensic science, working on police criminal investigations specialising in the detection of biological evidence and DNA analysis.
Gilly took a four-year career break when her daughter came along and was thrilled to try her hand at something different when the time was right to return to work.
Gilly is responsible for business development, managing Runneth’s social media, organising events and more.
