BrainLabs Returner Scheme

BrainLabs is an award-winning progressive digital advertising agency and tech provider that uses data and automation to make revolutionary improvements to businesses.  Founded in 2012, they have gone from strength to strength and have picked up a load of awards along the way.

BrainLabs was ranked 27th in The Sunday Times' Top 100 Small Companies to work for in 2017 (with a special award for Wellbeing) AND they eradicated their own Gender Pay Gap by boosting female employee salaries by an average of 8.6%.  Plus they offer staff free yoga classes, healthy food, flexible working and unlimited leave - what's not to love?!Given that introduction, it's perhaps not surprising that they value diverse perspectives and experiences.   As such, they are committed to providing a fantastic opportunity for returners wishing to re-enter the workforce after a career break by launching a paid two-month returner scheme leading to a guaranteed permanent role.Culture fit is key, so successful applicants must fit their values:

  1. Be remarkable
  2. Collaborate, don't compete
  3. Grow everyday
  4. Be positive
  5. Future think

During the two-month paid returner programme, successful applicants will receive role-specific training and mentoring alongside new graduates - but you won't be treated like a beginner.  You'll be thrown in the deep-end and be asked to draw on your experience by mentoring some of the newest recruits. The perks are numerous - including flexible hours and working from home, free breakfast, lunch and exercise classes, to name a few.Returners will be hired into guaranteed permanent roles at the end.  Essentially, it's a hire into a permanent role with two months of role-specific training.Positions available:
