About the Programme
"The Deloitte Return to Work programme runs four days a week, and for 25 weeks. Open to anyone who’s taken a career break of two years or more, it’s designed to refresh your knowledge and skills and boost your professional confidence. And it could lead to an exciting career opportunity with Deloitte.You’ll benefit from a comprehensive induction, technical skills training, coaching and on-the-job project and client experience, as well as the chance to work with some of the most inspiring people in business – not least your fellow returners from this, and previous, cohorts.Over 90% of the people who joined the programme last year have now transitioned into a permanent or contract role with the firm. So this could be your chance to reboot your career, your way."
Who can apply for the Deloitte Return to Work Programme?
You can! If the following apply to you:
- a career break of two or more years
- five or more years’ experience within professional services or a relevant industry/sector, including a minimum of two years in a similar position to the role you wish to apply for
- be available to work from 21 January 2019* for a period of 25 weeks
*The start date is role-dependent. Some roles may offer a choice of dates
