Willmott Dixon Welcome Back Programme 2021
Willmott Dixon is offering a paid 20 week placement for people returning to work after a career break of one or more years, either out of work or out of the construction industry.
Willmot Dixon is a construction firm with over 100 UK sites nationally, headquartered in Hertfordshire, with 1,700 staff.
It has announced its 2021 Welcome Back Programme, that will commence in September 2021 and offers candidates a 20 week placement with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment.
Willmott Dixon also runs a Welcome Back Supported Hire Programme, where candidates return to work directly into a permanent role. Flexible working hours will be considered.
Willmott Dixon says:
“We offer supported hiring on all of our roles at Willmott Dixon, with flexible working hours considered. Successful candidates who have taken a career break for one or more years will receive individual coaching and benefit from a comprehensive induction process with focused training to support their transition back to the workplace.
Together with candidates with a background in main contracting, residential building or interior fit-out, we also welcome applications from professionals from other industries with transferable skills.”
Roles are based across the UK. Key locations include London, the South East, North West, Midlands and Wales and the West.
